The Mountain World is a picture taken of the famous Yumthang Valley situated in north Sikkim. It sits at an elevation of 3,500 metres above sea-level, so naturally home to many beautiful Himalayan flowers. It is rightfully called a valley of flowers, although that name is associated with the Valley of Flowers in Uttarakhand. Yumthang Valley is extremely picturesque, with green slopes covered with trees, yaks grazing in the flower-spangled grassy plains below, and a river flowing right through the valley. The serene and tranquil air of the Valley cannot be described in words. A single visit there can leave the visitor in an enchanted state for weeks.

Processing time for all orders, including several quality checks, is 3-5 business days.
Following that, they are shipped out right away, and you will receive updates

Transit periods can vary depending on the region and the serviceability of the pin code.
However, please allow a maximum of 7 to 10 days after processing.
Although we will make every effort to ship out your prints right away,
we are unable to control the transit periods once they leave from the office
because we use third-party logistics providers (Delhivery, Fedex etc.)
To guarantee the highest quality for your prints, please be aware that all of our prints are manufactured to order
and only created after your purchase is placed. However, this causes us to take
a little longer to prepare and deliver your prints to you.

Cancellations and Returns

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications.

At Arts Fiesta, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including cases of wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered. You are not required to return the item. Simply contact us within 15 days of delivery with clear photo proof of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
Claims submitted after 15 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Refunds or replacements are issued only for confirmed defects or damage.
We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders from the moment the order is placed.
