Each art piece is printed just for you in the size and frame of your choice. That means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the orders. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify Arts Fiesta Customer Support immediately or within 15 days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Orders are dispatched directly from regional production facilities across North America via trusted couriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You will receive an end-to-end tracking number the moment your package leaves the atelier, ensuring a secure, transparent delivery straight to your door.
To keep your canvas pristine, gently dust the surface occasionally with a soft feather duster or dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using water, liquid cleaners, or displaying your piece in direct, intense sunlight to protect the surface.
All framed canvases arrive completely ready to display with pre-installed hanging hardware on the back. For our multi-panel diptychs and triptychs, we recommend leaving an intentional 2- to 3-inch gap between frames to achieve a polished gallery presentation.
