we are unable to control the transit periods once they leave from the office
because we use third-party logistics providers (Delhivery, Fedex etc.)

and only created after your purchase is placed. However, this causes us to take
a little longer to prepare and deliver your prints to you.

Cancellations and Returns

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications.

At Arts Fiesta, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including cases of wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered. You are not required to return the item. Simply contact us within 15 days of delivery with clear photo proof of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
Claims submitted after 15 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Refunds or replacements are issued only for confirmed defects or damage.
We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders from the moment the order is placed.
